Who we are

What we collect, and why

• Contact form submissions. Your name, role, business name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us about your operation. We use it for exactly one purpose: preparing for and holding the conversation you asked for.
• Email correspondence. If you email us, we keep the thread so we have context when we talk to you again.
• Website usage. This site does not run advertising trackers. The Readiness Roadmap runs entirely in your browser — your answers are never transmitted to us unless you choose to mention them in the contact form.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell, rent or trade personal information. Ever.
• We don’t add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
• We don’t collect more than the conversation needs.

Your rights under POPIA

You may, at any time:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you or your business;
• Ask us to correct it;
• Ask us to delete it, and we will — unless a law requires us to keep it;
• Object to processing, or withdraw consent you previously gave;
• Complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe we’ve handled your information badly.

To exercise any of these, email hello@renegadecode.com — a human reads it, and we respond within a reasonable time, as POPIA requires.

Safeguards

Information you send us is stored in access-controlled systems, available only to the people who need it to serve you. We practise what our own writing on POPIA preaches: one authoritative record, role-based access, no stray copies.
